After J's heart attack. It raised our antenna on certian health and what-to-do-during- emergency issues.

Check Insurance coverage.
Honestly, medical fee in sg is sky rocket high. Like the famous saying goes, in sg, you can die but cannot fall sick.

Inform your family members where to find those insurance documents and who is the agent to contact during emergency.

Names in HP should be easily identifiable. Eg Mom, Dad, Home, and not ah bu, lau peh...it can delay contacting impt person during emergency

Do regular body check upI'm going to make appointment for myself by May!!

Heart attack can happen to young people. So eat healthily and exercise regularly but! Do live life to the fullest!! hee just remember there is a time for everything and everything in moderation!!
