my hair is kinda getting really fizzy these days and i tot i should get a hair cut to tidy up my hair a bit. While i was hoping tt i could do a treatment or something coz it's really fizzy! But after considering the cost, i decided that i wont be able to afford. Hence, i told Jac that i would go cut my hair with her at cpt2 today. My usualy stylist charges about 42bucks at WARS for a hair cut and since i just need a trim i tot i better find a more affordable stylist. Cpt2 is a good choice since it's only 28bucks. Then Jac sms me and ask if i wanna share a hair treatment coz it's buy 1 get 1 free now for this treatment tt cost i think...109bucks. I told her, i'm not doing treatment and i only want a hair cut. then in a while, she msg me and says tt she will give me a treat for the treatment coz no matter what she still has to pay tt price. Woo! i was like.......so paiseh but since she insist then i obliiged lor. hehehe Later on, she told me tt with treatment haircut are cheaper and it's only $10.

So.....i had a hair treatment and haircut today all for $10. Hahaha...it's just amazing how God provides through the people around me.


In the past week, pple has been buying me lunches and dinners. How blessed! It's like we met a church member during lunch and he decided to buy us lunch! Then aunty laura brought me to tanglin club for dinner.

God provided for my hp, my meals and my haircut. God really understands our needs and provides in His ways.

heh...what's good to do on a monday? Buy new phone! my contract is up and the phone i'm using now is spolit..aiz...so sad lor, i really like the colour of this phone but i've repaired it 3x and it's still giving me problem. no choice...gotta change phone. the new LG phone i bought is selling at $128 for 2yrs contract. It's my first touch screen phone and i'm kinda adjusting to it. Hee...i told my mum and sis tt i wanna buy phone...so they each gave me $50 and my sony ericson phone has a trade in value of $80! so...heee...in the end...i paid only $48 for the phone and pocketed $52 from my sis and mum..whahahahahahaha.....

Started work in church this week. It was pretty much a honeymoon! Ps William who is my mentor is also my supervisor at work!! yeah!! this make things a while lot easier. I know most of the people in office except some of the chinese congregation staff.

most of the time this week was spent getting my desktop ready and reading some materials on church history. Didn't know Raffles was an Anglican!! He was the one who set aside the plot of land for st andrews too!!

one of the afternoon, william had to bring a vietnamese lady around to buy some stuff before she returns to vietnam. So the lunch took 3 hours. Sounds good that we have a long lunch but in actual fact it took away 2 working hours for william to work on his sermon that he has to preach on sunday.

Lesson learnt 1: Unforseen circumstances always arise, be it to host a foreigner or to handle a counselling case and that eats into the office hour of a staff worker. No wonder william always say he doesnt have enough time to do his work and need to bring work him

Lesson learnt 2: Coz these circusmtances can take place anytime, eg to lead a funeral service, staff would have to make sacrifices to personal commitment when such circumstances arise

Heh...i had 5 bday celebration this year.


1st one was with my cell group will all the other feb babies. Was really surprised that Joshua actually planned a party for us. It was a good one...we ate and had lots of fun at mel's hse. Joshua ordered zhi cha from the super coffee shop below mel's hse and we played wii..almost the whole night..hahaa

2nd one was with my family members. We has dinner at ziran and then bought a cake to my aunt's hse. 2 of my aunts and myself are born in feb. So...my sis and i waited till 8:30pm then we went in to crystal jade bakery. 40% off for the cake lor! super worth it! crystal jade has nice cake by the way..

3rd one was with my buddies!! we had zhi cha at the coffee shop below my hse. it was my suggestion, they alrd spent a lot on my bday present so i didnt want them to spend on anything else. The zhi cha at my place is cheap and good, exactly what i could afford. Then we proceed to my hse to play wii, shi brough it from her hse..but sadly...she realised she didnt bring the controller only after we had installed everuthing..anti climax...............................

4th one was with ben and dustin. We went to MOF in bugis and i was still kinda worried that dustin would like the food...coz he very choosy. Hee..thankfully everything turn out well..all of us enjoyed the food and desert!! Had a good time catching up and asking silly questions. They were so generous, they bought me an aldo clutch and paid for my dinner. Really appreciate it =)


5th one was with my ex colleagues from ocbc, it's a combined celebration with lena. We had yummy chicken cutlet!! Played sabotuer!! and talked about the things in office. Was really surprised to hear tt my boss almost teared when she told mitsuye tt she is upset tt she din manage to renew my contract in time. I was even more surprise to hear that my boss is still asking for my renewal and will call me again when the renewal has been approved. I was so touched....really....

Feb has ended so will my bday celebration. It's mar!! how scary, look at the rate of how time is passing by!!! sooon...it will be christmas..hhaha
