there's going to be some shuffling in office and my TL is asking us if we wanna explore changing our current job scope. There are 9 teams in the dept.
1. Online - take in bound calls (i'm here now)
2. Offline - handle investigation of inbound calls
3. Compliant mgt - handle feedbacks from cust
4. Priority - for highnet worth customers
5. Project - implementation of systems
6. Compliance - making sure pple dun breach any banking secrecy
7, Admin - handle all administratives matters in the dept
8. Telesales - make outbound calls to create sales oppty
9. Ordertaking - process orders from cust eg TT or FD
And i'm seriously considering if i should req to join another team....not tt i dun like online...i've great colleagues. I'm just kinda afraid that i'll breach banking secrecy again and wonder if switching will do good to my future career plans.
